Today we had notification of an amendment, the flight is no longer direct but is via Auckland with a three hour wait. We can cancel for free and re-book but cannot it appears claim a refund.

This is not unique to JetStar but many airlines especially LCCs. So yes, you buy new tickets or stick with what you have. Flexibility comes at a very high price not on specials.

I am looking at Jetstar tickets, how early to I do book our multicity flights? much to my delight the international flight fell right after Easter and the Western Aus school breaks!
