What you’ll get. A freelance photographer will take 2–3 images per room, and after the photo shoot, a team of professional editors will enhance their quality. The new images are uploaded to your listing page within about one week of the photo shoot.

Checking out your guest’s photo is a great way to get to know them. If it’s not available, here’s why: The booking isn't confirmed. Their photo only becomes available after confirmation. They don’t have one. While we strongly encourage guests to add photos, we don’t require them— but you can.
How-to. Photo matching. When you book a stay or Experience—or when you become a Host—we may need to verify your personal information, such as your legal name, address, phone number and other contact details. We may also ask for a photo of your Government ID and/or a selfie to match with your Government ID.
