2024年6月11日 · In 2023, Dr. Lee was found guilty of improperly accessing a patient’s health record in 2020, without an authorized reason for doing so and in breach of the Health Information Act, the Health Professions Act and CPSA’s Code of Ethics and Professionalism.
CPSA’s Standards of Practice are the minimum standards of professionalism and ethics expected from physicians and physician assistants practising medicine in Alberta. Standards are developed and updated in consultation with the profession, Albertans, the Minister of Health and applicable partners.

Approval means an approval of the physician by the CPSA to perform a particular procedure or use a particular technology in a medical office setting. Only a small number of office-based procedures and technologies require specific approval from the CPSA. Approval is based on the training and experience of the physician.
