- Stone Island 名稱與小說家相關。圖片來源：i-d。Stone Island 名字的起源靈感來自於英國小說巨擘 Joseph Conrad，在他的小說中多次以「航海探險」為主題發想，而這樣面對寬廣無際大海、勇於冒險的心態，也與 Massimo Osti 敢於挑戰的心境不謀而合，也因此他從小說裡選擇了多次出現過的「Stone」與「Island」字詞作為結合，成就出品牌名。
