York Minster. 歐洲最精緻的教堂之一，故事可以回溯至西元627年的撒克遜（The Saxon）時期。 而建築本身是出自諾曼人之手，工程自西元1220開始，歷經250多年才完成，彼時它是英國最大的教堂，為哥德式建築，中世紀的彩繪玻璃絕美。 2022年11月，伊莉莎白女王二世（Queen Elizabeth II ）辭世後的兩個月後，查理三世（Charles III）來到約克，為女王雕像揭幕，此雕像原是為慶祝女王登基70週年而製作。
