2014年10月15日 · 我有訂過amoma!但是上網看了很多人說是詐騙,所以發了mail給飯店,飯店說沒有我的資料,也跟我說很多人被amoma騙,所以我當天就跟amoma退房,發了很多mail後來才刷退,有成功退回款項,但是有被收取手續費一千多元!

2015年1月25日 · 本人上星期透過AMOMA.COM訂了四月到長野的酒店， 及後發現網上說這網站有詐騙情況， 即是客人訂了房但原來發現飯店根本沒有跟AMOMA.COM合作!現在嘗試跟該酒店確認，暫未有回覆。
It depends on the hotel/room. You can find details on the hotel cancellation policy on the payment page. Make sure you check the cancellation policy on AMOMA.com as well as in the confirmation email and voucher which will be sent to you.
Hotel was unable to confirm my reservation and AMOMA tried to bait and switch offering an alternative hotel in a much less desirable neighborhood. They quickly refunded my payment, but the experience wasted a few hours, ruined the weekend, and left me searching for a place to stay at the last minute at higher rates.
Today, I have wasted over 2 hours of a 24 hour trip to London trying to get Amoma to confirm my booking. Not to mention the stress...it isn’t worth the few quid I saved over more reputable brands such as Expedia or Booking.com. I’ve never had a problem with
