The applicant must have attained an overall mark of either 50% or such higher percentage of assessment(s) as prescribed for the CEF reimbursable course (whichever is higher). Applicants studying language proficiency course should also pass a specified language benchmark test / examination (if applicable) at the specified or higher level.
If you intend to claim for reimbursement of fees for more than three courses within one claim, please download an extra copy of the “CEF Application Form ” [SFO 313 (2022)] from the CEF website (https://www.wfsfaa.gov.hk/en/ce/cef/overview.php).
With effect from 1 August 2022, applicants who apply for CEF are only required to complete Application Form [SFO 313 (2022)] and submit the supporting documents. This application form is also applicable to applicants who have opened a CEF account before 1 August 2022 to apply for fee reimbursement only.
OCEF updates the list of CEF reimbursable courses on a monthly basis. Information on the reimbursable courses can be obtained from the CEF website or the registered institutions / course providers. In addition, course information can be obtained by fax through our hotline 3142 2277 (handled by the staff of “1823”).
