2023年8月30日 · 验证码收不到那就多半是内地电话号码申请不了的问题，或者区号格式不对。不过我好像没见过有内地公司直接在jobsdb上登记，都是香港有分公司的或者是透过经纪公司去处理。

JOBSDB retention in the NMC user interface that is changed from the default 72 hours to a greater time like 168 hours. Output for the ulimit -a command shows the OPEN FILES or FILE DESCRIPTORS as 1024 and should be as per the Performance Optimization Planning Guide for NetWorker at least at 8196.

2013年8月12日 · I have 40k ssids created per day (so at least so many records in job db even I suspect more). I would say most of performance issues were addressed by adding faster disk to /nsr and keeping jobdb retention 8h (this is NW 7.6.5.x, but same applies to earlier versions).

2015年9月2日 · It was great when we had a longer jobsdb retention, because in NMC we could see and select the savegroup logs when the group was really doing something (vs. daily status about the big nothing.. We can live without that great feature that we could see what's happened in the past to our weekly jobs, it's much bigger problem that a failed savegroup turns to successful after 4 days (now).

2012年12月4日 · In networker 8 we have new SQLite database for jobsdb and it is said that the new database is no longer searchable as was the database used in previous versions of NetWorker. What does it mean and why is it not searchable? savegroup details are now stored in jobsdb.
