2023年11月11日 · When you registered with netflix (and your sky ID email), it should have asked you to create a new password. Netflix can't know what your sky password is and I'm 99% sure they don't handoff the login authentication to sky although that is technically possible.
2023年4月19日 · Its normal to just Exit the App (best to use Exit Netflix) and not actually Sign out. Just to check open your Netflix App on your Q box and go to the Left Hand menu. Scroll down to the bottom of the menu and scroll right and select Get help. On the Next screen you can see the email address associated with your Sky Netflix.

2023年11月17日 · We have the Sky Stream Ultimate with Sky Cinema package. Since having our Sky Stream account "rebooted" due to an internal issue with Sky, when I come to setup the Netflix account it gives me the "Learn More" and "Login" options. The problem being, I haven't actually created a Netflix account yet OR linked it to our Sky Account for billing.
2023年12月17日 · when you first sign in to Netflix on your sky glass or stream, if it's an existing account it will switched over to be "billed by Sky" and you will stop being billed by Netflix. Alternatively you can create a new Netflix account. its a Netflix account so you can sign in to any device that has the Netflix app using those creds to watch.

2023年9月4日 · After a fun night trying to sort I managed in the end via Netflix live chat and also doing the following, Go to the Netflix app on Sky Q and on the screen. with the random profile press the following buttons. on the Sky remote. Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up. This opened a hidden menu.
