2024年2月1日 · Someone said in China xiaomi community that it will check the rom and the account. Only if both your rom and account aren't Chinese then you can bind you device and unlock. But I haven't confirmed it yet.

So china, global and eea are official ROMs, if the bl is unlocked and you cross flash things won't work, china ROM also is the same as gapos can be flashed and Google stuff works fine. Most custom ROMs with an unlocked bl won't work but with Xiaomi.eu (custom ROM) everything works as normal with the bl unlocked.

Thanks for the help. you wont be able to unlock bootloader unless you do a survey and are level 5 in xiaomi community or you use the paid bootloader unlock methods.
