Have you all seen the new legislation that has come in to force from 1st October 2023. If you are using desktop or notebook, pick "price" on the top bar menu. Then you will see the map on the right, with lots of tags with the prices that are within the chosen range of price.

This is because "small business rates relief" is usually allowable if you qualify as an FHL (Furnished Holiday Let). If the relief applies and the "Rateable Value" is less than £15,000, the business is "zero rated".
