2021年12月26日 · All users of ROCARS must register with C&ED before they can submit the relevant information in ROCARS. A shipper or a freight forwarder acting as a shipper (or an agent of either party ) is obliged to submit a predefined set of cargo information to C&ED through ROCARS 14 days in advance or at least 30 minutes before the cargo consignment being imported or exported from Hong Kong by truck.

2024年4月24日 · Starting from 22 January 2010, shippers, truck drivers and agents may fill in the on-line registration forms at the ROCARS website ( www.rocars.gov.hk) through the Internet or submit the hard copy registration form to the C&ED by: Post to P.O. Box No.38, General Post Office; or. Fax to 2364 9772 / 2365 9755; or.
