Simone Biles is an icon in artistic gymnastics and beyond. One of few athletes who transcend their sport, the American thought she was done after the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games. If that had stuck, the Houston resident would have completed her career with seven Olympic medals, including four gold, and 25 World Championship podiums including 19 titles.
