Regarding warranty, it will have a 1 year limited warranty and Apple may deny to provide the service outside of HK (I know at least one case). A 128GB cellular Air 2 is $879 in Oz, and you can claim back about $80 GST when you leave, so that's about Oz$800, or about HK$4680. The same iPad here is HK$4788. Hong Kong used to be a cheap place to shop, but with the crazy rents here now that's no longer the case.
