Hi, I like to know whether I can bring my luggage onto the "100-yen Dotemachi Loop Bus" while in Hirosaki. My luggage is 20" cabin size and less than 10kg. I am planning to stay in a hotel that is not near the train station.

I’ve seen the Hibiya Blossom recommended on here, and am very taken by the wonderful views.
