The temple, also known as the Golden Pavilion, is a stunning sight with its top two floors covered in gold leaf, reflecting beautifully in the surrounding pond. The serene atmosphere of the temple grounds provided a perfect backdrop for our visit.

We are 50-year old couple with over 20-AI trips to Riviera Maya and want to give the DR a try. Currently trying to decide between Royalton CHIC and Dreams Onyx Preferred. Food is important to us as well as nice/big pools.

Rain, thunderstorms and torrential downpours are possible. Plan your major activities in the morning. Nearby is Los Suenos Adventure Park with ziplining.

I'm think of Vitea and La Posta on the Malecon, where sometimes they close up the glass doors and run AC inside, but sometimes it's fans only when they open the 'walls'.
