As long as you haven't changed your Apple ID, you can still download Winpoker without paying again. They did just update it, but the trainer is broken with at least some games when you set up custom paytables.

Our flight attendant was Benny. He sang “Benny and the Jets” to us. Our pilot asked how the landing was.
