In November we'll be ending a 2 and a half week small group trip in Kyoto and want to explore Osaka for a day or so before going home. It looks like we can easily get there on the bullet train.

Our proposed itinerary: arrive early morning Sat 28th Sept (overnight flight from NZ arriving in Nirata) and we head straight out from Tokyo to Kyoto on train. We stay in Kyoto 3 nights.
