Namba is the most fun area to stay in Osaka, but it’s super crowded and chaotic these days. The Dotonbori area can be as crowded or even more crowded than Kyoto on weekends. So just keep that in mind.

This hotel/room has great views across to the Castle but it is really actually a pretty inconvenient location? We will be there for the Tenjin Matsuri and general sightseeing.
