   2024年5月16日 · 概要. 美國將對中國的一系列戰略產品（包括電動汽車、太陽能電池和鋰離子電池）加征關稅. 我們的經濟學家認為，加征關稅對雙邊貿易的影響有限. 這可能是美元兌人民幣上漲壓力的另一個來源，但可能不會成為壓垮駱駝的最後一根稻草. 美國將在未來兩年內對價值180 億美元的中國進口產品加征關稅. 拜登政府已經完成對中國301 條款關稅的法定四年期審核，此關稅為特朗普政府於2018 年首次引入。 審核結果顯示，拜登政府將保留現有的301 條款關稅，並將在2024 至2026 年期間對價值180 億美元的中國進口產品加征關稅。 特別是，拜登政府將把目前對中國電動汽車徵收的額外關稅提高四倍至100%，將對半導體和某些太陽能產品徵收的關稅提高一倍至50%，並將對鋰離子電池的額外關稅從7.5%提高至25%。
