I’d say, definitely do not replace a 2-day/1-night tour with 2 day tours. The idea is that very early in the morning you could be seeing some wildlife when you are already inside the park.

There are a number of other private lodges/reserves that offer very reasonably priced tours of their property in the area. With your own transportation, you'll need to contact each place individually to reserve a day/time & guide.
