2024年5月17日 · 6. Re: Itinerary thoughts. I was actually in Beppu yesterday to see Miyamakirishima bloom yesterday. It was a little early, though. Kyushu low elevation region has autumn leaves colors in mid to late November. While you're in Beppu, you can do a day trip to Kitsuki or Usuki, in addition to exploring Beppu.
2024年5月2日 · 1. Re: JR Sonic from Hakata (FUK) to Beppu, worth it? Beppu Kaihin Sunayu (beach sand onsen) will be reportedly reopen in summer, 2024, after its renovation project. JR Kyushu lists a set of 2 tickets for Fukuoka - Beppu/Oita with reservation seat at 6,600 yen currently. A day trip is subjective.
