There might be a sign with information you can use to track down the business. Sometimes Google will lead you to a website. Or you could do an internet search with their phone number or address.

Study what you may want to go see and then see how that would fit in such a time frame. It will take you two and a half hours on average to take a train from Tokyo to Kyoto.
