3 天前 · 1) South Rim of Grand Canyon. 2) Zion. And I'd stay overnight on the front or back end of a visit to those. If you want to go somewhere that's a true day trip within 2 hours of Vegas, then I think Valley of Fire is the best option. Reply.

Have plans to probably make Avignon our hotel destination and do day trips from there, although I am open to a second hotel location. We are hoping to do some day trips via bus or train, although we probably rent a car to go to Gordes and Roussillon.
