It takes over 2 hours to travel from Noboribetsu to Hakodate even by the fastest JR Hokuto express train.

By limo bus it takes 2 hours vs 90 min even by the fastest Keikyu airport express train. The latter is a commuter train with no luggage rack for large luggage.

2024年5月16日 · Ikebukuro is a true transport hub with tons of shops and restaurants. Smaller, less populated stations are also great areas to stay but probably not for your initial few trips. If you don't like hustle and bustle, Tokyo isn't the place to spend much time anyway. 8.

With a toddler, in general, the stretch around Ginza and Tokyo station might be more ideal than the most happening Shinjuku and Shibuya. You will likely also see Ueno recommended though I have also seen the streets of Ueno being very crowded.
