   2024年5月10日 · 居屋第二市場 | 香港房屋委員會及房屋署. 自置居所. 居屋第二市場. 房委會於1997年6月正式推行「居屋第二市場計劃」讓現居公屋住戶和綠表資格證明書持有人可選購居者有其屋計劃（居屋）／私人機構參建居屋計劃／ 租者置其屋計劃單位，其後亦包括綠表置居先導計劃／綠表置居計劃的單位（以下簡稱資助出售單位）。 這項安排增加了資助出售單位的流轉量，以滿足社會對資助自置居所的需求。 更重要的是，現居公屋住戶和綠表資格證明書持有人享有多一個自置居所的途徑，而房委會則可騰出更多出租公屋，編配予有真正需要的人士。 居屋第二市場樓宇買賣的運作，大致上與公開市場上的模式相同，買賣雙方可自行磋商，或透過地產代理進行交易。 買方必須承擔將來在公開市場上把單位出售、出租或以其他方式轉讓前，所須要繳付補價的責任。

   2024年5月20日 · 申請人亦可遞交網上申請。 網上申請只適用於持有已啟動數碼簽署功能的「智方便+」帳戶或有效的個人數碼證書的申請人及相關人士使用（包括申請「購買資格證明書」的申請人及18歲或以上的家庭成員）。 申請人可透過房委會網站、香港政府一站通或「智方便」網站填妥及遞交網上申請。 成功遞交網上申請後，所屬辦事處的職員會與申請人聯絡以核實其申請資格，包括安排收取所需文件及繳付申請費的劃線支票或銀行本票等。 此外，透過網上申請時可選擇以「轉數快」繳付申請費，當所屬辦事處完成審核申請後，居屋第二市場計劃小組會安排將載有二維碼的付款通知書透過電郵通知申請人繳付申請費。 「購買資格證明書」的申請人必須成為所購單位的業主。
