2024-25 School Fees (HK$) Annual Capital Levy. Beginning in the 2018-19 school year, all students will be required to pay an Annual Capital Levy of HK$28,000 per year. The Annual Capital Levy funds future capital expenditures, such as routine maintenance of the CIS physical plant.

Campus & Residential Life. The facilities of CIS Hangzhou's mini-campus are designed to be in line with those of top boarding schools anywhere in the world. They are housed in two custom-built halls, located at the heart of Greentown Yuhua School (GYS) campus, our partner school.
Reception is our entry programme at Chinese International School for students who have reached the age of 4 by 31 August of the year for which they are seeking entry. Reception is a half-day programme and there are openings for 96 students. We accept applications up to two years in advance.

Please prepare the required supporting documents before filling out the online application as you will need to upload these documents as part of the application process.
Starting in August 2022, we started our "Busing for All" Programme, which requires all Year 3-11 students to take the school bus to and from campus. Reception-Year 2 and Year 12-13 students will continue to have the option of taking the school bus.
Year 7-13 Applicants. At CIS, the Secondary programme aims to empower students to develop the knowledge, skills, attitudes and personal qualities they need to participate effectively in life in the 21st century. The Secondary school serves students from Year 7-13. Students in Year 7-9 pursue the Middle Years Programme (IBMYP).
