2024年5月7日 · 2024年5月7日. 病原體. 人類偏肺病毒是一種單鏈的核糖核酸病毒，可在任何年齡人士引致急性呼吸道感染。 病毒於2001 年被首次發現後，於世界各地亦有發現。 人類偏肺病毒感染在全年任何時間皆會發生，於 本港春末及夏季較為常見。 病徵. 兒童、長者及免疫力弱的人士較容易受到感染。 患者通常病徵輕微並會自行痊癒。 主要病徵包括發燒、咳嗽、鼻塞、呼吸困難或氣促。 人類偏肺病毒感染亦可引致支氣管炎或肺炎。 傳播途徑. 人類偏肺病毒可透過患者咳嗽或打噴嚏時所產生的飛沫、接觸患者的分泌物或觸摸受污染的表面或環境傳播。 潛伏期一般為3 － 6 天。 治理方法. 患者一般可用支援性療法紓緩病況。 患者亦需留意補充水分。 在較嚴重的情況下，患者可能需要氧氣及呼吸機輔助。 預防方法.
