We have 2 nights in Nagano in early January, and I'm looking for a little help or feedback on the plans to date. We are a family of 4 with a 15yo and 11yo.This is our 3rd trip to Japan, 1st time in the Nagano area.

2024年5月24日 · There are lovely walks, some of which are flat, on boardwalks and there are beautiful mountain views although not from a ropeway station. You could ask your ryokan what the weather will be like in Kamikochi tomorrow. Its a very picturesque spot.

We are aiming to stay between 10 - 14 days and want to experience fishing there. We are particularly keen on fishing for trout with lures and bait.
