Uphold the principle of "One Country, Two Systems" and safeguard national security. Legislate for Article 23 of the Basic Law and complete the exercise in 2024. Strive to enhance the cybersecurity of our critical infrastructure, including energy, telecommunications, transportation, and financial institutions, etc. Promote patriotic education.
