My luggage is 20" cabin size and less than 10kg. I am planning to stay in a hotel that is not near the train station. Regards. Chivory. Reply.

Yes, you can easily get to JR Kushiro Station by taxi or on foot. You can buy reserved seats and tickets for the Kushiro Marsh Norokko at the ticket counter at the station.
