I’ll have 2 mornings from around 7-9am free to explore on my own and would like to visit temples in the area (on my list - Kodai-ji Temple, Yasaka shrine, Chion temple, Shore-in temple).

I haven’t bought anything there and I just peeked for a moment so I don't know if it will be cheap or not. I don't think Suntory will have such a discount anywhere except the Toris ones.:-)

6 天前 · A note about 'vegetarian' in Japan: Dashi, a stock made with dried bonito, is in lots of dishes. Restaurant staff may not think of it as fish even if asked in Japanese. 2.
