2024年5月24日 · 31 helpful votes. Ferry to Hokkaido. May 24, 2024, 7:03 PM. I was wanting to travel on the Shin Nihonkai ferry from Nigata to Otaru on the 6th of August. But there is no tickets available after 2 weeks from today's date, you should be able to buy tickets 3 months from the date.

Which is the best date to visit generally for the autumn foliage? As for the spring comes in very late this year, are we anticipate autumn to be late as well?
