I've gone to the website many people have recommended, https://www.jma.go.jp/jma/indexe.html but I don't see where to get a 2 week forecast for specific cities.

I can't decide which station to stop Minoo Station, Kita-Senri Station or Minoh-kayano Station. Any recommendations how to visit both locations.

I have found a tour with On the Go Tours for my husband and I that is from September 14 to 25 - these dates would allow us to see a Sumo competition in Tokyo and a baseball game in Hiroshima - the tour starts in Tokyo and ends in Osaka.

As long as you have some interest in traditional Japanese culture, architecture, history and religion, then for a short stay like this, Tokyo + Kyoto make more sense.
