2024年5月28日 · 本篇就来讲讲他们的故事。 在介绍日本各大连锁巨头之前，先简单介绍下 日式牛肉饭 （牛丼/ ぎょうどん）。 日式牛肉盖浇饭是一种非常常见且典型的日本料理。 一般来说，这是将牛肉薄片与洋葱一起煮，并用酱油调味后铺在米饭上的美食。 据说牛肉饭诞生于明治时代，原型来自牛肉火锅配米饭，鉴于日式的牛肉火锅以“寿喜锅”为出名，因此牛肉饭也有个别名叫“寿喜饭（すき焼き丼）"。 1899年，创立了吉野家的松田荣吉给这种牛肉饭起了个名字叫“牛丼”，这个词后来广为流传，也成了更多人称呼日式牛肉饭的专属词。 牛肉饭多以酱油为主要调味料，但也不乏“另类”——用盐或者味增赋予牛肉饭更多层次感的料理也偶有出现。 餐厅也会提供红生姜、辣椒粉（七味唐辛子）和新鲜鸡蛋作为常见的牛肉饭调味选项。
