2024年5月14日 · Suggest a destination. May 14, 2024, 2:54 PM. We are planning a first-time trip to Japan with 4 days in Tokyo and 5 days in Kyoto, departing from Osaka after a one-day stay there. We have 5 days in between and enjoy nature, mountains, good food, local culture, and a serene atmosphere. We would like to stay in an onsen ryokan for one or two days.
4 天前 · Having already been to more southern parts of Japan before, I opted to do Nikko and Sendai (as a jumping off place more than as a destination in its own right) in addition to Tokyo for this trip with my older teen daughter. I am writing this post to say would highly recommend staying 2-3 nights in Nikko, with once major caveat.
