We would like to do some hiking while we are there - likely a multi-day walk/hike like the Nakasendo Way or Kumano Kodo Trail. Can someone please recommend a good tour company to go with?

I'm flying to Japan in the end of October (around the 20th) with my GF on a one-way flight, our plan for Japan is about 30 days (Flexible) and then moving over to Vietnam or Thailand.
