Budget is about $250-400US max per night. In particular, any recommendations in Shibuya or Shinjuku neighborhoods?

5 天前 · I was a first time visitor to Japan a few weeks ago and arrived at Haneda T3 late in the evening. We purchased the Welcome Suica card at the vending machine without any issues at all. It accepts credit cards (we had wise cards) however tops ups during the trip at ticket machines across Japan were cash only.
6 天前 · Jun 15, 2024, 10:36 PM. Going through HND for 7 hours. We got advice about going out of the airport. And I have been reading. We have a 7 hour layover in HND terminal 3. I wonder what can we do AIRSIDE? We will be in the Sakura lounge. I see a few restaurants but not many. Not sure if any restaurants are airside?
