Restoring the iPad (using backup) Restoring the iPad to factory settings (using backup and setting up as new iPad) Nothing seemed to help.
2020年9月17日 · Well, my suggestion is one way to verify, whether or not, your new wireless router is the issue and not the iPad. Something else you can try is to reset your iPad's Network Settings to see if this will resolve it with your router: Tap on Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Tesserax. Level 10.
2019年9月24日 · Yep, me too. iPad Air 2 won't connect to any secured WiFi network. 2.4GHz, 5GHz makes no difference, if it has a password then it won't connect to it (can connect to a hotspot with no password, but that's hardly a solution).

2016年9月14日 · Since updating to iOS10 last night, my iPad Air 2 won't get an internet connection to my new BT Smart Hub. All my other devices (iPhone 6, 6s, laptop, iPad mini, etc.) are all working fine. Things done so far: Reset the router. Restored the iPad both as a backup and as a new device. Reset network settings, including lease.

I tried all the recommended measures: re-starting the phone, re-starting the router, re-setting network settings, etc. Nothing worked. However, I remembered I had a VPN app, so I switched off VPN and my Wifi symbol re-appeared and I had connectivity.

Whether or not you are able to update any iPad to a newer version of iOS/iPadOS will be dictated by the iPad model - and the currently installed version of iOS.
