This can be done through stretching, strengthening and improved body awareness. If the soreness is due to deconditioning, then you will have to build up the strength in your muscles again.
Massage therapy benefits are remarkably effective when used as part of a preventative care program. Some examples of general wellness care include pre or post-natal care (pregnancy), infant massage, stress management, sports training, injury prevention and performance enhancement.
Premium Assistance patients are entitled to 10 visits per calendar year that are partially covered by the Medical Services Plan. These visits are combined with the visits to a chiropractor, physiotherapist, naturopath and podiatrist. We will need your Care Card number and birth date to confirm coverage.
