2023年10月25日 · 精準扶貧是本屆政府的扶貧策略，政府來年會因應劏房住戶、單親住戶、長者住戶等目標群組的需要加強支援，例如增加共創明Teen計劃學員名額至4,000、推出社區客廳試行計劃以改善劏房戶的生活環境、在50間小學推行在校課後託管服務計劃。 另外，政府會設立五億元專項基金協助營辦津助福利服務的非政府機構加強員工培訓、提升系統、運用資訊科技等。 支援少數族裔方面，明年將增加兩間少數族裔人士支援服務中心，並設立少數族裔關愛隊。 當局亦加強支援非華語學生學好中文，鼓勵少數族裔人士投考政府職位。 少數族裔社區大使試驗計劃將延長三年，並試行設立中心為少數族裔人士提供情緒支援及輔導服務，地區為本種族融和計劃也會恆常化。
