The EAA welcomes new Chairman and Members. 監管局新任主席廖玉玲女士自2008 年11月起獲政府委任為監管局成員,歷任監管局紀律委員會主席、牌照委員會主席、 第28條調查小組主席及監管局副主席。 新任副主席蕭澤宇先生則由2014 年11月起獲政府委任為監管局成員,歷任監管局執業及考試委員會主席及第28條調查小組主席。 廖玉玲女士本身為大律師,並積極參與公職,除了其在監管局的職務外,她同時擔任牌照上訴委員會主席、稅務上訴委員會副主席、 行政上訴委員會副主席、金融糾紛調解中心紀律委員會主席、 旅遊業監管局委員及其紀律委員會主席。 廖女士表示:「我十分榮幸獲委任為監管局新任主席,同時希望向梁永祥教授在其主席任內及他自2004年加入監管局後多年來對局方的貢獻表達摯誠感激。 在他的投入和領導下,監管局及地產代理業界皆達至專業的新一頁。
