   新聞公報. 業主沒有遵從清拆命令被罰款逾八萬元. 最近修訂日期： 2024年1月11日. 分享. 一名業主由於沒有遵從根據《建築物條例》（香港法例第123章）發出的清拆命令，上周被法庭判處罰款八萬四千四百元。 屋宇署人員到港島白建時道一幢獨立屋視察時，發現樓宇後面、天台上及樓梯蓋頂上加建了若干僭建物。 有關僭建物事先並無獲得屋宇署的批准下進行，違反了《建築物條例》第14（1）條，屋宇署遂根據《建築物條例》第24（1）條向該處所的擁有人發出清拆命令。 由於命令限期過後，有關業主仍未清拆其僭建物，屋宇署遂向業主提出檢控。 業主於十一月二十八日在東區裁判法院被定罪，並被重罰。
