Art Triangle Roppongi. 2020年7月14日 · 本展の浮世絵にも登場する江戸庶民の料理から着想を得た4種類の御膳をご用意。 浮世絵の世界観にインスパイアされた色とりどりの和スイーツ、東海道の旅路をたどる地酒の飲み比べも合わせてお楽しみください。 おいしい浮世絵展 御膳 1,680円. 爛熟した町人文化が花開いた文政年間に登場したといわれる握りずし。 ふわふわの卵とじ丼、豆腐田楽、海老の天ぷら、水菓子のスイカまで、江戸の食づくしの御膳です。 鰹の膾 御膳 1,480円. 酢で軽く〆た鰹（かつお）に、ねぎ、青じそ、生姜、みょうがをたっぷりとのせた鰹の膾（なます）。 玄米ご飯、切り干し大根、ミニそば、香の物付きです。 「春の虹蜺」 御膳 1,880円. 歌川国芳の「春の虹蜺（こうげい）」に登場する、串付きの鰻のかば焼きを主役に据えた御膳。
絵画、映像、彫刻、大規模インスタレーション、パフォーマンスなど多彩で力強い作品約130点をとおして、彼女 たちを突き動かす特別な力「アナザーエナジー」とは何かを考察した展覧会。
