I asked the immigration office but they did not respond and I called the local Vietnamese embassy but also not getting through. I therefore went for the most "complete" full name and also included my 2nd middle name (which did not fit on the ICAO line).

You will pass through immigration control on arrival in Frankfurt. Your passport will be checked and stamped (entry to the Schengen Area). When you arrive in Copenhagen, you will reclaim your baggage and pass through customs (but not immigration control).
