2014年9月25日 · Hong Kong Science Park Phase 3 development exemplifies the three key environmental concepts of reduction, efficiency and generation, with carbon neutral as the long-term goal of this project. The first three buildings are officially open today while the completion of the remaining two will happen in two years’ time.

Client. Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation. Architect. Simon Kwan & Associates. Hong Kong Science Park aims to be one of the most sustainable science precincts in Asia. Phase 3 took these ambitions one step further with precinct-wide high-performance design across five buildings.
HONG KONG SCIENCE PARK PHASE 3 DEVELOPMENT. The project involved construction of specialist laboratories, research and development (R&D) offices, food and beverage centres, car parking facilities and extensive landscaped space, covering a total construction floor area of 153,000 square metres on a 6.24-hectare site at Pak Shek Kok.
香港科學園 （英語： Hong Kong Science Park ， 縮寫 ： HKSTP ）位於 香港 新界 沙田區 白石角 吐露港 沿岸，毗鄰 白石角海濱長廊 ，鄰近 香港中文大學 ，發展佔地22公頃，第一至第三期總樓面面積達330,000平方米，第二期工程於2006年竣工，第三期於2016年竣工。 香港科學園與 數碼港 相似，同樣採用類似 大學 校園的低密度規劃，以 高科技 及 應用科技 （包括 生物醫療科技 、 資訊及通訊科技 、 電子 、 綠色科技 及 物料及精密工程 ）為主的研究基地，由 香港科技園公司 於2001年5月7日開始運作。
