Updated: 2024-05-16. 香港好多人用麥當勞手機 App 訂餐，貪佢方便又有優惠。 不過今日開始顧客轉用麥當勞全球版新 App 就發現不少投訴，包括無法用舊有麥當勞香港帳戶登入、不支援舊 Android 手機、無法用到親子會優惠、輸入介面無法彈出鍵盤等⋯⋯雖然當中有些問題其實官方網站有提示解決安排，不過有些用戶心急刪除咗舊 App，令到問題更加複雜。 雖然麥當勞很早就宣布要顧客轉用新 App，新 App 中說明不足，令顧客感到不知所措。 今日開始使用的《McDonald’s》手機程式據稱適用於 60 多個國家，單是 Android 平台已有超過一億次下載。
