   中央器官捐贈登記名冊 -- 主頁. 香港每天有超過二千名病者急切需要器官或組織移植。 若得不到合適的器官，他們只能在疾病和等待中掙扎，依賴儀器和藥物延續生命，有些病者更會很快離開這個世界。 為幫助急切需要器官移植的病人，你可以表明意願，在去世後捐出器官。 衞生署（本署）設立了一個中央器官捐贈登記名冊（名冊），方便有意捐贈器官者自願登記，妥善及安全地記錄他們在身故後捐贈器官的意願。 名冊可以讓與器官捐贈有關的醫護人員在病人身故後得悉其捐贈器官的意願，也可以讓捐贈者家人知道去世親人遺愛人間的心願。
