2024年4月11日 · I tried checking in online and it says its unavailable for this booking. So I tried purchasing seats as all seats are being sold out and it doesn't allow me too. It says we are unable to process your request at this time.

I am having a hard time figuring out how we can pick our seats on AA for a flight we booked through Qatar. I picked my Qatar seats, but it wouldn't let me pick the AA flights. When I went to AA and out in both my ticket number and confirmation number from the Qatar booking it says it is not found.
- You need to contact Qatar to give you the PNR for your AA booking. It will be different to the Qatar one.
- Phone AA. They should be able to find your booking with or without a PNR.
- AA may or may not help you. Each airline handles code shares differently. I had a code share AC with Austrian air and couldn't pick seat on second...

Otherwise, I take a chance and while checking in, I request for seats together. Normally, they give adjacent seats somewhere behind and I don’t mind it for the money you save.
2023年8月28日 · Qatar Airways recommends you check-in 3 hours before your departure time. Normally, the check-in counter closes 1 hour before departure, and the boarding gates close 20 minutes before departure. So, 2.5/2 hrs is fine.
Hi, Since booking my flight 6 months ago one of my daughters has got a new passport. I have checked Qatar's manage my booking page and there is no note of any passport number. Are the passport numbers only added when I do online check in 36 hours

"We were unable to process your payment. Please review the card details." I know for a fact my credit card works.
