2023年9月8日 · We just got back from a trip to Universal Studios Florida where we booked the Cabana Bay for 1 night through Super.com.. As we are in the US and it is a US based property, we decided to take a chance for a 1-night stay. We also knew that we would not be adjusting our travel plans, barring some major, catastrophic emergency.

Legit but awful. Not a scam. Just a dreadful site, best avoided. If people don’t look at the website address carefully after googling a hotel name they somehow believe they are booking direct with the hotel, but it’s a third-party booking site, with restrictive Terms and Conditions and hefty fees tacked on.

Re: Brio travel membership. 4 years ago. We made reservations for Disney World for May 17, 2020 back in January with Brio at a Wyndham property. They recommended that we get their travel insurance, so we did. Now the resort is closed thru June AND THEY WON'T REFUND OUR MONEY.
